Püspökszilágy has won the “For Pest County’s Environmental Protection Award”

The Municipality of Pest County  appreciates the county’s  residents and civil organizations efforts to protect, improve and develop the natural and built environment’s condition,  to reward this they founded an award in 2008, the “For Pest County’s Environmental Protection Award”.

In 2020, the awarded municipality was the Municipality of Püspökszilágy, one of the LIFE-MICACC project partners. We are very proud and congratulations to Mayor Sándor Tordai for the amazing accomplishment. It is quite a big achievement, since Pest county has almost 1 500 000 residents and 200 municipalities.

The Municipality of Pest County will hand out the awards during the County day event, where the project’s achievements will be also presented.
